Bangladesh Cricket Team, popularly known as “Tigers” have returned home after a successful campaign in World cup hosted in Australia and New Zealand. But after their last match in quarterfinal vs India, Bangladeshi captain Mashrafe Mortaza and his team were invited by the local Bangladeshis for dinner. On that night Mashrafe apologized to local Bangladeshis for their exit from world cup. And the crowd cheered him for his humble attitude and dedication for Bangladesh cricket.

Mashrafe also said in his brief speech “I have come to Melbourne, Australia many times before.But those visits were particularly for medical purposes and i barely walked around. This time im visiting Melbourne as a player of Bangladesh and hung around a bit. For this alone im very proud and happy.”
